although I loved the menu and would not change the recipes prepared, the name of the class is a little misleading, perhaps change it to Chinese Cuisine? |

The instructor did a great job of assigning tasks and overseeing multiple work stations to get a very large menu completed and plated. It was an impressive menu and a large undertaking by him and very fun. Anxious to try various items at home. |
