The instructor was: The chef shared good stories and was so fun to listen to and watch.

The atmosphere was: So much fun, bustling with activity and happy cooks.

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were easy to follow and the chef and assistant were always available guiding us. We made complex food with complex flavors, but it was so easy to do.

The food was: I can't imagine that there is a better Chinese restaurant anywhere than the one that Chef Hammond and all of us created last night.

The skills you learned were: Small tips and large tips guided a perfect meal - actually, many future meals in my house.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: A great way to spend an evening with old and new friends.
