The instructor was: Chef Amy was funny and appropriately realistic - she brought the recipes down to a level I think everyone could enjoy.
Complexity of the recipes: The recipes the Chef chose were all notable because they had a very good ratio of "prep-to-pow" -- easy to pull off, awesome results.
The food was: Everything was delicious, it would be hard to choose a favorite. Although the fries... I'm practically speechless with how crazy good those fries were.
The skills you learned were: There were definitely some good things I picked up in class, although I'd say most of the "skills" were definitely ones I had. The recipes, however, were a different matter -- I'd only tried one or two of those previously, and don't have much experience with Asian style cuisine, so those were a treat.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Had a blast!
