The instructor was: I wouldn't say this was entertaining, but for learning. She did an excellent job of teaching ie how to dice an onion, now to slice a pear, pepper etc. Good instruction and I was happy with that particularly for my daughter whom I brought with me...We didn't come to this particular class to be entertained but to learn and have fun and we did both!!
The atmosphere was: Nice group of folks and the support staff & chef were great.!
Complexity of the recipes: I would say average except some of the techiniques ie learning how to do crepes in a pan, carmelizing etc might have been somewhat complex..
The food was: Thought all were good..perhaps suggestions from the chef if taught again might be what herbs to the Chix/Asparagus crepe might vary it a bit..I am going to try some variations this week..
The skills you learned were: Haven't worked with crepes much so now that I have experience making them, I plan to incorporate them into our menu at home more..
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Had a great time..it went too fast!
