The instructor was: I really enjoyed her manner of delivering not only cooking information, but the way she shared so much of India's culture.

The atmosphere was: I really enjoyed myself.

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were not overly complex, but the material/skills covered were unfamiliar to me.

The food was: Delicious! I also appreciated her accomodating my vegan diet when possible.

The skills you learned were: I appreciated all the information about spices and also learned some more about knife skills.
