The instructor was: Louisa was very knowledgeable and engaging. Louisa is a very good chef and teacher. Josh her assistant is as well.

The atmosphere was: I enjoyed this class very much and will use these recipes and skills.

Complexity of the recipes: Perfectly manageable for every day eating, yet can be used to really impress.
