The instructor was: Jeremy was very knowledgeable and shared many cooking tips and techniques. Lots of fun and personable.
The atmosphere was: We might have made a few purchases if the store merchandise had been priced/labeled...No prices on anything which we found irritating. Otherwise, very nice atmosphere.
Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were as complex as possible for the time frame. We could not really fit more in. Was nice that chef tried to get in a lot of dishes - I don't think we would have taken the class if only a few were offered - especially for dim sum.
The food was: It was really good. Dessert was a nice touch, and wine was nice also.
The skills you learned were: My husband and I have been looking for dim sum classes for awhile and this was good - a few recipes were offered that we couldn't figure out on our own, and finally had them covered in this class.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: The staff was great. Most of the cooking classes I have been aware of do NOT offer clean up staff!
