Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Not only is Chef Ivy entertaining, but she's personable, helpful and knows what she's doing. Complexity of the recipes: I'm a baker, but not much of a cook. But I can't wait to try the Hum Bao, Sui Mai and pot stickers @ home. The food was: My tummy ws so very, very happy. And the wine was really good too.
