The instructor was: Andre was great. Very friendly, willing to share his expertise, offer tips, help improve our skills.
The atmosphere was: Enjoyable relaxed Saturday. Perfect for a grilling class.
Complexity of the recipes: Hard to work BBQ into a couple of hours of class. Dry rub and marinating took place before class. Not a lot to do to prepare the dishes. Maybe a recipe for a popular BBQ side could be added instead of all condiments.
The food was: Ribs were outstanding. Condiments were an especially good find. Fun and easy to make, made a big difference in the flavor of the final dish.
The skills you learned were: Always good to hear techniques from trained chefs. Andre, Wesley and Sherry were all very helpful in offering good suggestions and tips.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Really great way for couples to spend time together doing something fun.
