The food was: the lamb and flank steak was a little chewy and little underdone for my liking. Ribs, chicken and trout were delicious. Love the grilled ceasar salad and grilled vegies. Pineapple kabobs were also delicious. Flatbread pizza wonderful and a great party idea!
