The instructor was: Amy was a fun and very enthuastic chef. She definitely loves to cook and share with others. She was also great at answering any questions

The atmosphere was: Nice facility and the sunny afternoon sure helped!

Complexity of the recipes: I feel that I could easily make these recipes

The food was: the lamb and flank steak was a little chewy and little underdone for my liking. Ribs, chicken and trout were delicious. Love the grilled ceasar salad and grilled vegies. Pineapple kabobs were also delicious. Flatbread pizza wonderful and a great party idea!

The skills you learned were: I will definitely use them

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Nice friendly group of people who took the class and the assistants were also accommodating and friendly

The food was: All the food was excellent and I ate too much.
