Additional comments and observations The food was: Generally too sweet. Would've liked more bite (esp the gumbo). The clams and Black Cod were very good. The chowder completely lacked flavor. Good wines.

Complexity of the recipes: I'm not an avid cook and I found the recipes pretty straightforward and manageable The skills you learned were: Learned a number of ways to cook fish and how to cook it properly.
