I fully enjoyed the day with Chef Pianucci and would recommend the classes to a firend. I have taken a demonstration and hands on classes in the Pearl store and have given classes as gifts. It has always been a good expereince. Looking forward to the next time.

Additional comments and observations
The LO location is very nice. It looks more like a cooking school, but I missed the retail store. I have always found somehting that I just can't live without at the store in the Pearl.
Recipes were easy except for the Salmon. It was more challenging, but doable. I plan to make all of the recipes that we used in class.

LOVE the farmers market class....cooking fresh AND easy. Making the recipes today for a rainy BBQ and appreciate they are tasty but not too time consuming. Fits the theme of the class....who has time to spend in the kitchen when it is nice outside! :) Thank you all!!!!
