The instructor was: Chef Shelley and her assistant did a wonderful job of keeping the class going.

The atmosphere was: I had a wonderful time with the chef and other students. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Complexity of the recipes: Canning is easy, as I have learned!! I will use the recipes given.

The food was: The assistant (I wish I could remember the young gentleman's name) did an outstanding job on all our dishes. The pork tenderloin was done to perfection.

The instructor was: I loved the casual way of presenting this subject. Shelley was very knowledgeable and not afraid to tell personal stories about her canning experiences.

Complexity of the recipes: Recipes are easy to follow yet complex enough to be tasty and interesting.

The food was: Especially loved the sausages used to highlight the mustard we made. Thanks to Shelley's assistant for digging through the garbage to get the name of them for us all.

The skills you learned were: I feel much more confident in making hot water bath canning items. This years garden crop will be put to great use.
