Additional comments and observations The instructor was: She conveyed her joy of cooking which made the class more enjoyable The atmosphere was: Everyone had a great time Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were surprisingly easier to cook than I expected. I learned so much that I will find my kitchen less of a challenge now. The food was: Absolutely wonderful! The skills you learned were: Again - my husbadn & I learned things that prior had kept us from trying some recipes. Now - we will take the challenge! I enjoyed myself and had fun: My entire group had a great time. You never know when trying something new (and inviting friends to join in) how it is going to turn out. We were all very pleased.
