we loved the class, the chef(Jeremy) all the assistants, the other participants and the food was out of this world delicious

Additional comments and observations
I came by myself and didn't realize there would be so few people coming singly. When I have taken other cooking classes, it was pretty much all women coming singly or with a friend and there was a lot of camaraderie. It would have helped, I think, had the chef been able to sit with us and talk with us during the dining period. That would have given me something to do during the dining period (rather than sit alone while the people on either side of me turned to their partners to talk). I will definitely look for another cooking class, but likely won't come to a Saturday night class unless my husband wants to come too, which is highly unlikely.

I enjoyed myself and would take another class and would recommend this class, especially to beginning grillers.

This is my first class so am not sure what your other classes are like but it would be nice to have classes geared towards differing levels of learning and have them listed as such on the website. I would like to take classes that were more demanding in their complexity.
