The instructor was: Jeremy was fabulous. Great personality for a class room of 12 people to show and tell his creations.
Complexity of the recipes: Some were complex and some were easy. Great mix so the class was not boring
The food was: The Tomatoe Tart was excellent matter-of-fact all the entries were great. What took me by surprise was the dressing we made for the Shrimp Caesar that I didn't think it would be difficult in making the dressing for the Caesar. But going to fast in pouring the oil damaged the dressing. I forgot the term used.
The skills you learned were: The dressing to make a Caesar salad was very informative. Learning to Shuck oysters the proper way without injury. How long to sear Tuna and get the beautiful color.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: I enjoyed being there and meeting everyone. Atmosphere and the demo room was a great setting and accommodated the group very well.
