I learned a lot of helpful hints from Chef Jeremy, and look forward to an opportunity to attend another of his classes. The bourbon pan sauce, peanut butter mousse, and roasted beet salad with white balsamic vinaigrette stood out for me in this class. I was introduced to the Bavette Steak and was able to find it in a local market here at home. I am in the process of learning to make a demi-glace so I can make the bourbon pan sauce. Chef Jeremy presented a fabulous cooking class!

Our only complaint (not really a "complaint" as that's too harsh a word) was that because there were a number of recipes split between groups, we were not able to see all of the techniques required for each recipe, but it was still quite useful and a lot of fun

It was a VERY ambitious class and my only complaint was that i did not get to participate in all aspects...a lot of food and a lot of people

The meat was quite rare at first but the instructor cooked more meat for us that was medium to medium well.....Chocolate desserts were delicious!
