The atmosphere was: Really like the layout the LO space over the Pearl space.

The food was: Loved the goat cheese and onion tart! WOW!

The instructor was: Chef Caroline was very knowledgeable and personable. She gave easy to follow instructions and was easy to talk to and offered very good advice.

The atmosphere was: We enjoyed working together and meeting the other participants and everyone seemed to like working together and creating a wonderful meal.

Complexity of the recipes: Each recipe in itself was fairly easy to prepare, the timing of pulling each dish together was the hardest part.

The food was: Each and every dish was great. I will be re-creating each one at home. I learn alot along the way as well.

The skills you learned were: Will definitely apply techniques to my own recipes as well. The staff was so helpful and easy to work with.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: We discussed coming several times a year and trying different genres of cooking. Loved it!
