The recipe may need to be altered a bit. All we could taste was butter. The chocolate Macarons were good because the chocolate and pepper masked the taste of the butter. Unfortunately, that was not the case with the other flavors. We will use the cookie recipe again, but we'll look for alternative filling recipes. We appreciated the instructor and her assistants. They made the experience very enjoyable.

The service was great. I felt cared for and all tools/equipment were ready to use.

I will definitely tell my friends about this school and this class in particular. Very fun the chef was so knowledgeable.

It was great that there were a few mistakes during class. It helped us learn how to trouble-shoot when we try to make these on our own at home. Wendy was great under pressure and took every unexpected turn in stride. Had a great time. Unfortunately, all of my cookies are gone already :-(

Yes! I will take more classes. The champagne was a great treat. No other food/snacks were provided as far as I knew.

I felt that we had too many people. I think there should have been 12, but we had 14. Maybe making a larger batch per two people (partners) so that more cookies could go home with each individual baker. I think having a station with two is fine, but not three. My partner was awesome, but I know I learn better when I have to do it alone.

Class size should be smaller for the Macaroni class, too many students needed one on one attention
