Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Erika was super fun. I would definitely attend another class from her. I enjoyed myself and had fun: This was my first class so i was a little skeptical but it was a blast and all those in attendance were friendly and fun.

Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: Lots of ingrediants. Recipes not so much complex as just new to work with. The food was: Food was excellent. The skills you learned were: She really explained the science behind the recipes. I'll be able to experiment with recipes now that I have that knowledge.
