Additional comments and observations The instructor was: He was the best Hands On Chef that you have --- just wonderful!!! The skills you learned were: Unlike some of your other HO Chefs he came around and helped everyone --- he was wonderful!!!

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: He gave us lots of great cooking tips as he demonstrated the technique for making gnocchi. The atmosphere was: The other participants were lovely and the overall atmosphere was positive and fun. The food was: I really enjoyed the finished products! The skills you learned were: I'm usually pretty timid in the kitchen, but taking this class helped to build my confidence a bit more. I enjoyed myself and had fun: My mom and I enjoyed ourselves and are hoping to take another class during the summer.
