Additional comments and observations The atmosphere was: this was my first trip to the L.O. shop. WOW. And I thought the Pearl shop was the bees knees! Complexity of the recipes: How Maya is able to make elegant look and taste easy never ceases to amaze me The food was: It was pork, it couldn't be anything butt! : ) The skills you learned were: Useful for both home and my dinner service business I enjoyed myself and had fun: good food, good instruction and good classmates always make it fun
