Additional comments and observations
I really enjoyed the festive atmosphere generated by our instructor and the other participants. It was fun cooking with other foodies and the friends I came with. I fell into fits of laughter when our ball of pasta dough rolled off the counter and my partner quickly threw it back up on the table. Fortunately it never hit the floor but incredibly landed on the lower shelf of the prep table. No harm no foul! |
