The instructor was: The chef was very knowledgeable, personable and very willing to instruct techniques and share best practices.

The atmosphere was: As this was my first class at this location and time of day, I noticed a definite quite amongst the patrons that I have not noticed at the Pearl night classes.

Complexity of the recipes: The chef reminded us to read our recipes before commencing. One suggestion I might make would be to go over several of the techniques used for individual recipes as a whole class as we did not all have the opportunity to see those.

The food was: Absolutely terrific!

The skills you learned were: The ones that I did learn were fantastic!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I'm glad that my husband attended with me, as the crowd was not quite a 'lots of fun' one.
