I really enjoyed the instructor. Would have liked to have had more hands on with each item prepared than I did.

When doing ethnic food, have the appropriate music in the background. Some Ravi Shankar would have made the evening much more Indian!

I might but it's the only cooking class I've taken so I don't have any comparators.

The support staff were great. Learned a couple of great slicing and chopping tips from Cheryl.

I found the class rather confusing while preparing the food. I asked others if they felt the same way. Their reply was yes.
