Additional comments and observations The instructor was: both were very kind and encouraging The atmosphere was: comfortable right from the beginning Complexity of the recipes: I did the strogenoff which was not difficult, perhaps the other groups dishes were more complex... The food was: sooooo yummy!!! The skills you learned were: I'm so excited - deboning and making stocks are now going to be part of my regular kitchen work - so excited to save money on chicken! I enjoyed myself and had fun: Can't wait to go to the next class!
