Additional comments and observations The instructor was: The Chef was very enjoyable, knowledgable and friendly. The atmosphere was: I was impressed with the atmosphere. Between the store layout and the welcome, it is an event and sets the mood for a good time. Complexity of the recipes: There were some items that were more complex than others. However, I felt that I complete all the recipes at home, which is more important.
