The instructor was: Adam was calm and cool under pressure and I enjoyed his instruction and guidance.

The atmosphere was: The atmosphere was driven by the participants and they were mostly subdued. I don't think the class could have changed that in any way.

Complexity of the recipes: It's French cooking! I loved it. I wish I could have been involved in every dish, but that would have been impossible for any one person.

The food was: Amazing. I love French cuisine.

The skills you learned were: Adam was so encouraging with how to recover from mistakes and how to handle the sauces. Excellent stuff.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was intense. I loved it though. You have to be focused to pull so much off at once. The chocolate mousse was "to die for" as was the coq au vin.
