Complexity of the recipes: Average to complex but there direction made it very easy for everyone

The skills you learned were: My son is very interested and cooking at it is great to get grounded in the basics.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: My son had a fantanstic time and didn't even complain about the homework he still had to do when he got home.
