The instructor was: Robert was great; engaging, knowledgable, and very instructional

The atmosphere was: It was a very fun atmophere.

Complexity of the recipes: Complex, but that is not a bad thing. This is why we signed up, take what we know about food prep and then told to think in new ways.

The food was: Each couse was fantastic.

The skills you learned were: I think that in a demo rather than a "hands on" the more skills are leaned simply because there is more time to observe.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was a very good experience.

Complexity of the recipes: Which we appreciated. We would have been disappointed if they had been easy.

The skills you learned were: We knew much of what was taught; but, making tortillas and tamales was new to us. And we will try to do it at home.

The instructor was: He was very nice and helpful and answered all questions. We especially enjoyed the info about chocolate.

Complexity of the recipes: Some we will make again-the chile gravy and the cake were our favorites.

The skills you learned were: We made a point to go and watch the other cooks and try our hand at the tortilla and tamale making.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: We'll definitely be back!
