The instructor was: Ivy was very fun, informative and comfortable to be around. This was the first time in a cooking class for me and Ivy made me feel capable and never intimidated.

Complexity of the recipes: Even though I would have been intimidated by the recipes if I were on my own, Ivy and the group made it all so easy and possible!

Complexity of the recipes: but easy does not mean boring or dull. Beautiful presentations, beautiful final product, and beautiful tasting!

The skills you learned were: Even an old dog such as myself, is always learning new tricks in my classes

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I always meet new people, and sometimes see people from other classes, I really enjoy this, it is a social event for me as well as learning and research.
