Additional comments and observations The instructor was: He had a great manner and shared interesting information about the history of Moroccan food and health benefits of different spices. The atmosphere was: Nice group of people who took the class. Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were clear and easy to follow. The food was: Flavors were complex and very delicious. I enjoyed myself and had fun: I'd like to take another class from Oren, especially in baking since that is his specialty.
