The instructor was: I don't think entertaining is the right word to describe Maya-she was personable, patient, organized and consistently helpful. Her menu and recipes were thoughtfully chosen and delicious.

Complexity of the recipes: I say average but that is not a criticism-it made for an interesting but not stressful experience.

The skills you learned were: The most useful was the experience of using a very sharp knife. How wonderful. I'm going to call the store and find out how they do it so I can do the same.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I felt a bit overwhelmed at first but the class was well organized and the staff so helpful that it all fell into place. Everything was arranged well and beautifully-quite a class act. Lovely wine.
