The instructor was: and knowledgeable and generous in sharing his cooking techniques.

The atmosphere was: The LO space is very nice with all the windows and inside everyone was very kind and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

Complexity of the recipes: We were new to making pasta, so that part wasn't crazy complex it just took us a little time to work it out.

The food was: It was soooo good; the quail the pasta the risoto - even the lemon sorbet was delicious!

The skills you learned were: Absolutely - my friends and I are all probably going to get pasta makers now!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: The time flew by we had so much fun.
