Barbara gave us alot of great information, but some of it was just verbal. She might want to think about providing these tips and hints in writing.

It was wonderful to spend the 3 hours pickling and to come home with 5 jars of beautiful food. The instructor and her help were very busy with washing utencils and pans plus canning constatntly. Very productive and informative.
