The instructor was: Robert was very engaging and charming. He obviously takes his teaching very seriously and is very knowledgeable.
The atmosphere was: It's lovely sitting in your wonderful store being surrounded by other people who enjoy cooking.
Complexity of the recipes: I had no problems, though I'm sure some were a bit overwhelmed. Robert did a great job explaining and breaking them down for everyone. He also had a nice range of recipes with different levels of difficulty.
The food was: What more can you say about chocolate?!
The skills you learned were: I'm fairly experienced about candy making, but I loved getting the different recipes and learning some more of the chemistry behind them.
