The instructor was: Louisa had good energy and enthusiasm, I felt like she was enjoying teaching us. She was knowledgable and helpful. Watching her move around the room. She gave everyone plenty of one on one attention.

The atmosphere was: It encouraged people to be relaxed and easy. It was great to be able to move about the room and go get something that you needed or take the dirty dishes over. More of a team environment

Complexity of the recipes: I will use the knowledge and make this at home for myself. As a single person I eat a lot of frozen food from Costco.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I will come back for more classes. It was fun for the complete amatuer to the "master hobbiest".
