The instructor was: The Chef did a great job instructing a full class and explaining the methods for certain recipes. She was easy to understand and made the class very entertaining!
The atmosphere was: The environment was relaxed and friendly. The Chef invited questions, comments, and offered feedback from the group and that kept the atmosphere a positive one.
Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were much easier than I expected. They are definitely something that can be done at home for a less than average cook!
The food was: I really enjoyed the food and beverages. It was just too much! I wish I had more room to enjoy all the fried and heavy foods we prepared. Might be good to have more of a balance- one less fried recipe and add in vegetables?
The skills you learned were: There were some things I learned that will be useful in my cooking. It was nice that the Chef assisted us with each step. She showed us what we are looking for, how things should feel/taste, and when to add other ingredients (if we were cooking a similar dish).
