Additional comments and observations
The food was: Only one negative comment: The chorizo used in the chickpea dish was excellent. The only problem was that I was told that it was not sold retail. Now, I know I can find hard chorizo elsewhere, but I would like to be cooking the recipes with specific ingredients that I know I can buy at local area stores and that are not specifically wholesale.

Additional comments and observations
The skills you learned were: Didn't learn that many skills partly because the dishes in our group seemed simplistic. This meant that we were standing around a lot while other people cooked. For next time it would be nice if the groups had a more equal distribution of complex vs simple dishes so this doesn't happen. I enjoyed myself and had fun: Other participants were great!
