The food was: The empanadas were a little bland, and the dough seemed tough. All of the other dishes, however, were very delicious. The shrimp was our favorite.

Complexity of the recipes: I took this class for fun, not to learn complex skills. It was perfect in that way.

The instructor was: The staff was amazing!! Very friendly, helpful & fun. Complexity of the recipes: My home is not in the kitchen - I learned great recipies that the chef made easy. I enjoyed myself and had fun: Great fun!!

The instructor was: We really liked the sous chef forgot his name, but he was a great coach in the kitchen, gave us lots of tips Complexity of the recipes: I particularly enjoyed the hands on aspect because even if the recipe wasn't extremely complex you learned techniques which are never on the recipe

The instructor was: Louisa was fun and very informative. Complexity of the recipes: It was good. I wanted something where I would learn new techniques and I did. Louisa and Cheryl did a great job explaining things. The food was: Yummy! The skills you learned were: Some of these types of dishes I have never tried to make at home.
