The instructor was: Maya did a nice job with so many recipes and people to work with. Complexity of the recipes: I cook a lot, so I did not find them difficult at all. The food was: Loved the chocolate. I enjoyed myself and had fun: Would have loved to have a glass of wine with our first steak kabob appetizer that was made, a nice glass of red. It was hard to wait until after 9pm!

The instructor was: I'd say that the adjective to describe chef Maya Klein is more "skilled" and "knowledgeable," rather than "entertaining." I didn't come to the class to be entertained; rather to learn. And I did, very much so. The food was: Succulent, yes! Especially the sauces: the romesco and chili sauces on the steaks, and the butter & Scotch sauce on the chocolate bread pudding! The skills you learned were: Will definitely make some of these recipes for my family. I was telling them about last night's class at dinner tonight, and they are already drooling.

The instructor was: Maya was a hoot! The atmosphere was: cozy, but not so much as we were running into each other all the time Complexity of the recipes: Just because I had to read it over and over again, dosen't mean it wasn't easy...I'm just a slow reader :) The food was: Foodgasim I enjoyed myself and had fun: More fun that humans should be allowed to have :)
