There wasn't as much "interaction" between other attendees at the class as I would have expected. But we had a lot of fun with our tablemates while cooking.

Absolutely, very fun class. I'd tried to make sushi in the past and it was pretty much a disaster. After a couple hours in this class, I'm not only confident that I can make some sushi tastes good, but that it'll actually looks like sushi.

I had no idea Miso soup could be so wonderful. Now that I know how, I can't wait to make it.

The instructor was: She did a great job of handling the hecklers!! Complexity of the recipes: Made sushi simple!! Great job! The food was: Loved the spicy tuna and eel! I enjoyed myself and had fun: The drunk party was a little distracting. They were loud and annoying. Armatures!!

The atmosphere was: The room was a little cold, temperature wise. Complexity of the recipes: I really wanted to try California roll, but it wasn't parta of the class. Is there a way to get a recipe for it? The skills you learned were: We are looking forward to rtrying our technique again next weekend! I enjoyed myself and had fun: We had a great time - We always have a great time with your cooking classes!
