Yes. I learned some specific kitchen skills, the types known mostly to professional cooks, and got some good shopping tips both from chef Piannucci and Justin. Chef is so charismatic and has had such an interesting life history! Seems he has crammed more living into his years than most people. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

I do think the classes would be most enjoyable attended with a large group of friends, family, co-workers, etc. There is not a huge chance to get to know others when bunches of small groups are together. Great opportunity for a work-related team-building exercise.
