The instructor was: Adam was engaging and his partner was just as charming. I enjoyed talking to the apprentice about his experience in your boot camp. Very interesting.

Complexity of the recipes: A few were easy but some were more complex like the aioli and dessert

The food was: the dry-aged steaks melted in your mouth

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Any class where you are greeted at the door with a glass of champagne is going to be fun!
