The instructor was: Informative and accesible. Complexity of the recipes: As there is a lot of prepreparation, there was some confusion, but the Leena was very good at explaining it (multiple times). The food was: Delicious and authentic (brought me back to Southern India and eating Dosas!)

The instructor was: Especially enjoyed the history of the various regions of India and their typical foods. The skills you learned were: Have been wanting to learn to make some of these dishes for a long time, especially the paneer.
