Complexity of the recipes: The dishes were easy, but as always, they present beautifully, and taste as good as they look. They are also, very versatile. Something I really appreciate. The food was: i use these dishes in my business, and my clients are very happy. The skills you learned were: marinating the vegetables for the salad is something I will use in future salads for my clients. I enjoyed myself and had fun: I always have fun
