Yes. I think the variety is excellent. There are quite a few classes I wouldn't necessarily take but many that seem interesting. I like the variety of teachers as well.

Additional comments and observations
After thinking about the five diverse salads we prepared and ate, I thought it would have been helpful to plate differently. If one or two salads were in separate bowls or smaller plates it would have been easier to really taste the differences in the dressings and the various grains. As it was all five were on a plate that was a bit too small (or the servings were extra large!) so they all kind of blended together.
Having taken the boot camp at the Pearl site I feel the LO kitchen is a bit small. It's hard for even two people to work at the stove top, and then if someone is trying to get food in and out of the oven below is a bit precarious.

I would recommend in a minute to anyone I know. I was nervous at first seeings how I am SO rusty at cooking and want to learn so much and you made me feel at ease wanting to come back and learn more.( AND SPREAD THE WORD) Thank You Melanie McNeill

Additional comments and observations
I had a ball. The group of people were fun meeting and interacting with. Lots of laughs. It was good to hear you say you make mistakes and just go with it. Besides that is how new creative dishes are invented. Cooking is like Art -- One can break the rules :-))
