The instructor was: so easy to understand and shared knowledge, and very encouraging

The atmosphere was: Best word I can come up with was, welcoming! I was brand new and was immediately made comfortable!

Complexity of the recipes: Made to look easy and turned out very well

The food was: Very, very good! I enjoyed everything

The instructor was: Louisa and Jeremy make a great teaching/cooking team. Their styles blend well.

Complexity of the recipes: Easy enough to complete a slew of them during the course of an evening. Interesting enough to want to do at home for company.

The food was: Supper was simple and scrumptious - little corned beef sandwiches with the chef's own corned beef. Great sides and good beverage choices.

The skills you learned were: I didn't learn anything new but it was a great refresher for making pastry dough, pate a choux, etc. I was hoping to learn to make puff pastry from scratch but I realize now that there wasn't enough time to accomplish that with all that was on the class agenda.
