The instructor was: I really enjoyed the chef. She was quite knowledgeable.

The atmosphere was: I like the LO facility.

Complexity of the recipes: Everyone seemed to enjoy making rissoto.

The food was: Especially liked the caramel sauce. Could have just eaten it with a spoon!

The skills you learned were: I always learn something new.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I took my Mom for Mother's Day and she really enjoyed it. It was her first cooking class.

The instructor was: More importantly to me, she was informative and taught in a way that was easy and accommodated different levels. Great sense of humor.

The food was: I didn't pick succulent because by the time it came to the table it wasn't warm. And that it something that I'm picky about. The caramel sauce was out of this world. The appetizer fabulous. And the fish and risotto would have been so if there was a way to serve them warm.

The skills you learned were: Enjoyed the knife tips and pan tips.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I would take another class!
