The instructor was: I really enjoyed Chef Erica's (Hope I remembered her name correctly) approach! She is fabulous!

The atmosphere was: It was a very comfortable atmosphere. While I cook a lot, I was quite nervous and put to ease rapidly.

Complexity of the recipes: each recipe was not so complex, the timing was the more complex part.
